Abstract

"UNIDADE DE ENGATE ELETRO-PNEUMáTICA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma unidade de engate eletropneumática para uma caixa de câmbio de veículo, que apresenta uma parte da caixa de câmbio principal, uma caixa de câmbio de grupo agregado, que pode ser ligada pneumaticamente através de válvulas, bem como, um dispositivo de comando eletrónico (8). Durante o engate da marcha à ré, é comandada uma válvula (14, 14<39>), e é liberada pressão para o cilindro (6) da caixa de câmbio de grupo agregado através de uma válvula magnética (12), para o engate da caixa de câmbio de grupo agregado, de tal modo que, o êmbolo (17) do cilindro (6) pressiona, através da barra de comando (19), o garfo de engate correspondente contra a luva de corrediça (5) da sincronização da caixa de câmbio de grupo agregado. Com isto que é produzido um momento de freagem, que retarda o correspondente conjunto de rodas da caixa de câmbio de grupo agregado, de tal modo que, pode ser engatado na marcha à ré isento de ruído.
