Abstract

"MéTODO DE COBRANçA DE CUSTOS DE USO DE CONTEúDO TRANSMITIDO POR REDE DE TELECOMUNICAçõES E SEU SISTEMA". A presente invenção refere-se a um método de cobrança de custos de uso de conteúdo transmitido por uma rede de telecomunicações, preferencialmente a rede Internet, em que conteúdos pagos, na forma de um ou mais documentos ou arquivos digitais, são transmitidos por pelo menos um servidor (3) de um Provedor de Conteúdo (ou CP), que um usuário acessa por meio de um computador (4) conectado ao mencionado pelo menos um servidor (3) através da rede de telecomunicações, um sistema de portal (2), (5) e (7) que conduz as verificações de autorização do acesso do usuário ao conteúdo pago, uma carteira eletrónica (5) que realiza operações de cobrança de custos para uma conta do usuário, em que o método é caracterizado pelo fato de que associa preliminarmente uma ou mais informações adicionais referentes aos critérios de cobrança de arquivos com cada arquivo pago e que compreende as etapas a seguir: A) em cada transmissão de pelo menos uma parte de um arquivo pago do mencionado pelo menos um servidor (3) do CP para o computador do usuário (4), leitura e interpretação das mencionadas informações adicionais associadas ao arquivo; B) transmissão para o computador do usuário (4) da mencionada pelo menos uma parte do arquivo pago; e C) transmissão para a carteira eletrónica (5) dos dados referentes à cobrança em função das mencionadas informações adicionais associadas ao arquivo. A presente invenção refere-se ainda ao sistema relacionado e aos aparelhos e instrumentos relacionados que realizam o método."METHOD OF CHARGING COST OF USING CONTENTS TRANSMITTED BY TELECOMMUNICATIONS NETWORK AND ITS SYSTEM". The present invention relates to a method for charging content usage costs transmitted by a telecommunications network, preferably the Internet network, in which paid content, in the form of one or more digital documents or files, is transmitted by at least a server (3) from a Content Provider (or CP), which a user accesses through a computer (4) connected to said at least one server (3) via the telecommunications network, a portal system (2) , (5) and (7) conducting authorization checks of user access to paid content, an electronic wallet (5) which performs cost collection operations for a user account, wherein the method is characterized by the fact that which preliminarily associates one or more additional file billing criteria information with each paid file and comprises the following steps: A) in each transmission of at least a portion of a paid file from the at least one CP server (3) is mentioned to the user's computer (4), reading and interpreting said additional information associated with the file; B) transmitting to the user's computer (4) said at least a portion of the paid file; and (c) transmission to the electronic wallet (5) of the collection data on the basis of the aforementioned additional information associated with the archive. The present invention further relates to the related system and related apparatus and instruments performing the method.
