Abstract
"MéTODO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UM PRODUTO PLáSTICO REFORçADO, E, COBERTURA HERMéTICA". é descrito um método para a fabricação de um produto plástico, em que uma embalagem de reforço (2) é colocada contra uma parede de moldagem (1), uma extração de ar e um suprimento (5) para material plástico líquido (6) são instalados, e a embalagem de reforço é coberta por uma cobertura hermética (3), na qual partes de canal são afixadas de forma não desanexável. A pressão na embalagem de reforço é ajustada em um valor d1, inferior à pressão ambiente, depois do que a pressão no interior da parte de canal é ajustada em um valor d2, inferior a d1, tal que canais de distribuição sejam formados na embalagem de reforço. Depois que o material plástico líquido tiver embebido a embalagem de reforço até um ponto suficiente, a pressão nas partes de canal é ajustada em um valor d3, superior a d1, tal que os canais de distribuição sejam puxados para fora. Depois da cura do material plástico, a cobertura hermética - caso desejado, reutilizável e pré-moldada - e as partes de canal conectadas a ela são desprendidas.
