Abstract

"BLOCO FILTRANTE PARA A FILTRAçãO DE PARTìCULAS CONTIDAS NOS GASES DE ESCAPAMENTO DE UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA E CORPO FILTRANTE DESTINADO A UM FILTRO DE PARTìCULAS". Bloco filtrante para a filtração de partículas contidas nos gases de escapamento de um motor de combustão interna, que compreende uma pluralidade de canais de circulação dos ditos gases, um canal sendo delimitado por uma parede provida de uma zona de filtração e desembocando para o exterior por uma abertura, um grupo de canais compreendendo pelo menos dois canais cujas relações F/P respectivas entre a superfície F de zona de filtração e a superfície P de parede são diferentes. De acordo com a invenção, um canal desse grupo compreende uma abertura que quanto maior for superfície F da dita zona de filtração do dito canal, maior é a superfície O da dita abertura.
