Abstract
"MéTODO PARA ACOPLAR UMA PLURALIDADE DE CONDUTOS ASCENDENTES OU ELEMENTOS DE LIGAçãO, E EMBARCAçãO FLUTUANTE". Trata-se de um sistema e um método para acoplar condutos ascendentes ou elementos de ligação que se estendem verticalmente ou quase verticalmente do fundo do oceano para um sistema de flutuação costa afora tal como uma TLP ou uma plataforma semi-submersível. Os condutos ascendentes ou os elementos de ligação são suspensos verticalmente acima da quilha da embarcação e suportados lateralmente perto da quilha da plataforma por guias de quilha ou por receptáculos de conduto ascendente posicionados ao longo do perímetro submerso do casco da embarcação, ou dentro do casco por meio da produção de entalhes no conduto ascendente dispostos no fundo do casco. Cada um dos guias de quilha ou de conduto ascendente de produção recebe um conjunto de união de quilha que suporta lateralmente um conduto ascendente ou um elemento de ligação que passa no mesmo enquanto forma uma superfície de rolamento para o movimento vertical livre do conduto ascendente."METHOD FOR COUPLING A PLURALITY OF UPPER CONDUCT OR CONNECTION ELEMENTS, AND FLOATING VESSEL". It is a system and method for coupling uprights or connecting elements that extend vertically or nearly vertically from the ocean floor to an offshore flotation system such as a TLP or a semi-submersible platform. Uprights or connecting elements are suspended vertically above the vessel's keel and supported laterally near the platform keel by keel guides or upright receptacles positioned along the submerged hull perimeter of the vessel or within the hull by means of the production of notches in the rising duct arranged at the bottom of the hull. Each of the production keel or duct guides is provided with a keel joint assembly that laterally supports an upright duct or a connecting member passing thereon while forming a rolling surface for free vertical movement of the upright duct.
