"PROCESSO DE IDENTIFICAçãO, PRESERVAçãO E UTILIZAçãO DO FUNGO CLADOSPORIUM CLADOSPORIOIDES (FRES.) DE VRIES COMO BIOPROTETOR DE GRãOS DE CAFé E PRODUTOR DE ENZIMAS". Trata-se de pedido de Patente de Invenção da utilização do fungo Cladosporium cladosporioides (Fres.) de Vries, fungo selecionado e identificado como agente biocontrolador (competidor) de fungos prejudiciais à qualidade da bebida e segurança do café e potencial produtor de enzimas capazes de acelerar a degradação da mucilagem de frutos. A invenção referese a métodos de preservação do fungo que afeta os cafezais através da utilização de produtos químicos (fungicidas, inseticidas, acaricidas e fertilizantes) seletivos e/ou tecnologia de aplicação, produção massal do fungo Cladosporium cladosporioides (Fres.) de Vries para aplicação no campo como agente bioprotetor e acelerador da digestão da mucilagem dos frutos que secam na planta, para utilização do fungo na fase pós-colheita, no processamento do café obtido via seca ou via úmida (cafés natural, despolpado e descascado), visando à aceleração do processo de degradação da mucilagem e para a utilização do fungo visando a produção industrial de enzimas (pectinolíticas e lípases) para aplicação na desmucilagem do café e de outras culturas similares ricas em mucilagem cujos processamentos requerem a sua remoção e outras aplicações tais como clarificação de suco de frutas, digestão lipídeos e solubilização da pectina visando a melhoria de suas características para a gelatinização."PROCESS FOR IDENTIFYING, PRESERVING AND USING THE CLADOSPORIUM FAMILY CLADOSPORIOIDES (FRES.) From Vries, a fungus selected and identified as a biocontrolling agent (competitor) of fungi harmful to coffee quality and safety and potential producer of enzymes capable of accelerate the degradation of fruit mucilage.
