"DISPOSIçãO CONSTRUTIVA INTRODUZIDA EM CATETER ARTIFON APLICADO EM PROCEDIMENTOS DE PUNçãO SUPRAPAPILAR NA FISTULOPAPILOTOMIA". Onde o procedimento conhecido por colangiografia endoscópica retrógrada (C.P.R.E.) caracteriza-se pela combinação do acesso instrumental transpapilar e a obtenção de imagens contrastadas da via biliarpancreática, sendo que tal resultado é obtido através da utilização do aparelho cateter artifon (A) ora reivindicado, sendo este um cateter de perfuração e punção suprapapilar na fistulopapilotomia para obtenção de acesso as vias biliares, proporcionando uma alternativa às técnicas cirúrgicas conhecidas do estado da técnica, sendo que o citado aparelho cateter artifon (A) apresenta conceito construtivo composto de um componente conector Y (1); um componente manipulador do tubo concêntrico punção (2); um componente tubo concêntrico externo (3) cujo interior recebe um componente tubo concêntrico punção (4) cuja extremidade distal é ligada a um componente agulha (5); componentes marcas radiopacas (6); um componente manipulador do tubo concêntrico externo (7); um componente trava de recuo (8)."CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT INTRODUCED IN ARTIFON CATHETER APPLIED IN SUPRAPAPILLARY PUNCTURE PROCEDURES IN FISTULOPAPILOTOMY".
