Abstract

"SISTEMA GENéRICO DE RECOMENDAçãO PERSONALIZADA E MéTODO MULTIVARIáVEL DE DEFINIçãO AUTOMáTICA DE PERFIL". A presente invenção consiste em um método multivariável de definição automática de perfil, levando em conta, de forma unificada, diversas características do perfil do usuário, como preferências de programas de televisão e rádio, preferências de navegação na internet, uso de serviços de telefonia, locais e eventos freqüentados, compras realizadas e perfis de pessoas com quem mantém contato. Além disso, um sistema genérico de recomendação personalizada que, com base nos filtros definidos pelo perfil do usuário, busca em diferentes bases de dados da internet e recomenda informações e serviços do interesse do usuário, como programas de televisão e rádio, eventos, promoções de artigos de consumo, locais a serem visitados, sites, etc, em função da localização e do sistema eletrónico em uso pelo usuário. A presente invenção pode ser utilizada em quaisquer sistemas eletrónicos baseados em informação ou prestação de serviços.
