Abstract
"SUBSTITUIçãO DO COMPONENTE CINZA NEUTRO-ILUMINADOR EM SISTEMAS PARA MULTIPLEXAçãO ESPECTRAL DE IMAGENS FONTES PARA PROPORCIONAR UMA IMAGEM COMPOSTA, PARA GERAçãO DA IMAGEM COMPOSTA E PARA DEMULTIPLEXAçãO ESPECTRAL DA IMAGEM COMPOSTA". A presente invenção refere-se a métodos e aparelhos para codificar espectralmente, imagens fontes plurais e para fornecer as imagens fontes plurais codificadas espectralmente em uma imagem composta, para gerar a imagem composta em uma forma física ou para recuperar pelo menos uma dentre as imagens fontes codificadas da imagem composta gerada, tal que a imagem fonte recuperada se torne distinguível. A confusão da imagem fonte em uma imagem composta gerada é controlada por meio da aplicação de uma técnica de substituição de componente cinza neutro-iluminador (GCR) ao obscurecimento comum aos diferentes colorantes sob os múltiplos iluminadores."REPLACEMENT OF THE NEUTRAL-LIGHT GRAY COMPONENT IN SYSTEMS FOR SPECIAL MULTIPLEXATION OF IMAGES SOURCES TO PROVIDE COMPOSITE IMAGE, TO GENERATE COMPOSITE IMAGE AND SPECTRUM DEMULTIPLEXATION". The present invention relates to methods and apparatus for spectrally encoding plural source images and for providing spectrally encoded plural source images in a composite image, for generating the composite image in physical form or for retrieving at least one of the source images. of the generated composite image such that the retrieved source image becomes distinguishable. Confusion of the source image into a generated composite image is controlled by applying a neutral-illuminator gray component (GCR) substitution technique to dimming common to different dyes under multiple illuminators.
