Abstract

"PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO DE UM PAPEL OU SUBSTRATO FLEXìVEL METALIZADO, SUBSTRATO FLEXìVEL REVESTIDO COM APARêNCIA METALIZADA FOSCA, SEMI-BRILHOSA OU BRILHOSA, E, SOLUçãO BASE AQUOSA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de produção de substratos flexíveis com aparência metalizada para aplicação na área de embalagem através de um processo de revestimento direto do substrato que se deseja metalizar, utilizando-se para isto dispositivos de aplicação de revestimento usualmente utilizados pela industria de papel, para aplicar uma solução base aquosa composta principalmente por polímeros e finas partículas de metal que após secagem confere ao substrato brilho e aparência metálica. O produto desta invenção pode ser utilizado como substituto para papéis metalizados por vácuo ou por laminação principalmente em aplicações onde o atributo principal da embalagem é o aspecto visual.
