Abstract
"SISTEMA DE AMORTECIMENTO APLICADO A CALçADOS". Notadamente desenvolvido para ser aplicado a calçados do tipo, tênis e correlatos, os quais são especialmente construídos para serem utilizados em atividades físicas de baixo, médio e alto impactos, incluindo desde uma caminhada leve até corridas e outros exercícios de grande impacto sobre o corpo, sendo referido sistema de amortecimento capaz de minimizar o impacto sofrido principalmente na musculatura e na coluna dorsal do usuário, proporcionando desta forma, maior conforto e segurança na prática de exercícios, sendo que, para tanto, referido sistema de amortecimento é dotado de características formais capazes de proporcionar resultados bastante satisfatórios com relação à absorção dos impactos, apresentando características estruturais simplificadas, sendo para tanto, constituído por um conjunto (1) de amortecimento posicionado preferencialmente em interstício configurado por recorte (R) horizontal praticado na porção de sola ou salto do solado e composto por colunas de sustentação (CS) independentes, as quais distribuem o impacto do peso durante a marcha, evitando desta forma, que o referido impacto se concentre em um único ponto; referido conjunto (1) de amortecimento é conformado por uma base (2) laminar dobrada prevendo, em cada uma das suas partes, um meio de fixação (MF) adequado, o qual prevê um determinado número de anéis (8) de amortecimento e, ainda, uma manta (9) de alinhamento entre eles, conformando colunas de sustentação (CS), de forma a estabelecer a altura adequada para o conjunto (1) de amortecimento."FOOTWEAR DAMPING SYSTEM".
