Abstract

"TRANSDUTOR DE POSIçãO A FIBRA óPTICA PARA VáLVULA DE CONTROLE DE VAZãO EM POçOS INTELIGENTES". é descrito um transdutor de posição (100) a fibra óptica para válvula de controle de vazão em poços inteligentes, que compreende pelo menos duas células de carga (10) instrumentadas com sensores a redes de Bragg (FBG) e sustentadas por anéis (20a, 20b). A célula (10) é formada de um corpo quadrangular (11), dotada de orifício central (12) e orifício (13a/13b) para entrada/saída e passagem de uma fibra óptica (14) e pinos (14a, 14b). A dita célula (10) mede o deslocamento de uma mola utilizada na válvula tipo sliding sleeve, rotativa ou choke do sistema de completação inteligente, o deslocamento (abertura ou fechamento) da válvula sendo monitorado a partir da força de restauração na mola medida pela célula de carga (10) instrumentada. O transdutor (100) é construído com dimensões e geometria tais de modo a não apresentar arestas e permitir a inserção do mesmo no espaço anular de uma válvula tipo sliding sleeve, rotativa ou choke de um sistema de produção de petróleo. Além disso, a construção do transdutor (100) é tal que permite que seja multiplexado a outros tipos de sensores de poço, através da mesma fibra óptica.
