Abstract

"SISTEMA DISTRIBUìDO DE REFRIGERAçãO DE OPERADOR PARA UM VEìCULO DE TRABALHO E VEìCULO AGRìCOLA". Um sistema distribuído de refrigeração de operador é provido para um veículo de trabalho. O sistema inclui um circuito primário e um enlace secundário. O circuito primário é um circuito de A/C convencional tendo um compressor, um condensador, um receptor/secador e uma válvula de expansão. O enlace secundário inclui uma bomba de fluido de arrefecimento e uma pluralidade de trocadores de calor de fluido de arrefecimento-ar, cada um tendo um ventilador-soprador associado com ele. O enlace secundário é acoplado com o circuito primário por meio de um trocador de calor de fluido de arrefecimento-refrigerante, onde o fluido de arrefecimento do enlace secundário é refrigerado. Fluido de arrefecimento refrigerado é circulado nos trocadores de calor de fluido de arrefecimento-ar por meio de linhas de fluido de arrefecimento e de volta para a bomba e trocador de calor de fluido de arrefecimento-refrigerante por meio de linhas de retorno. As linhas de fluido de arrefecimento são conduzidas através da parede de um recinto fechado do operador. Pelo menos um dos trocadores de calor de fluido de arrefecimentoar é localizado na área dianteira do recinto fechado do operador em um console frontal do veiculo substancialmente à frente do operador. Um par de trocadores de calor de fluido de arrefecimento-ar é localizado acima e em cada lado , á frente ou atrás da cabeça do operador. Trocadores de calor adicionais podem ser providos em locais adicionais dentro das fronteiras do recinto fechado do operador para ulterior refrigeração distribuída e/ou para compensar pontos quentes potenciais dentro da cabine. Os ventiladores-sopradores associados com cada trocador de calor de fluido de arrefecimentoar podem ser individualmente controlados para otimizar o fluxo de ar através do trocador de calor, de acordo com as necessidades do operador. O uso de trocadores de calor múltiplos de fluido de arrefecimento-ar compactos, posicionados em locais múltiplos dentro do recinto fechado do operador possibilita a refrigeração mais eficiente do que é possível com um único grande trocador de calor. O uso de um sistema de enlace secundário possibilita a localização da maioria dos componentes do sistema remotamente do recinto fechado do operador, através disso reduzindo o risco de contato de refrigerante com o operador e possibilita que linhas de refrigerante sejam encurtadas de modo a melhorar a eficiência do ciclo de refrigerante.
