Abstract

"ARRUELA, FIXADOR PROVIDO DE ARRUELA, MéTODO DE E FERRAMENTA ELéTRICA PARA FIXAR OBJETOS". A presente patente de invenção refere-se a uma arruela (1) possuindo um corpo (2) dotado de um eixo A(1) e provida de uma primeira superfície de face de apoio (3), localizada em um lado axial e adaptada para cooperar com uma porca (10), uma segunda superfície de face de apoio (4), localizada em um lado axial oposto e adaptada para cooperar com um objeto (18), pelo uma terceira superfície resistente à rotação (5), adaptada para cooperar com uma rosca (13) do parafuso (12), o corpo (2) possuindo pelo menos um ponto de resistência (9) disposto de modo a que quando a porca (10) é girada e gira o parafuso (12), o corpo (2) da arruela (1) impede o parafuso (12) de girar e, dessa forma, a porca (10) cria uma tensão sobre o parafuso (12), a qual alonga o parafuso (12) em um sentido axial e aplica ao corpo (2) da arruela (1), uma força axial que supera pelo menos um ponto de resistência (9) de modo a permitir que uma parte (7) do corpo (2) da arruela (1) seja puxada axialmente quando o parafuso. (12) se alongar; também está previsto um fixador com a arruela (1), bem como um método de e uma ferramenta para fixar objetos com o uso da arruela (1).
