Abstract

"PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE CONJUNTOS DE MEDIçãO REMOTA A SECO DO CONSUMO DE ENERGIA PARA SISTEMAS DE DISTRIBUIçãO AéREA DE ENERGIA ELéTRICA EM MéDIA E ALTA TENSõES, E CONJUNTO DE MEDIçãO OBTIDO ATRAVéS DESTE PROCESSO". Trata esta patente de um processo de obtenção de conjuntos compactos de medição de consumo de energia em tempo real para uso em sistemas de distribuição de energia elétrica em média e alta tensões, bem como dos próprios conjuntos de medição obtidos através deste processo. Em suas linhas gerais, a novidade consiste de um processo que prevê sucessivamente o preparo dos enrolamentos de três pares de transformadores (TCs e TPs), o corte e recozimento dos núcleos e a montagem de cada transformador, seu encapsulamento com resina epóxi cicloalifática de elevada resiliência; ensaios de verificação da precisão destes mesmos transformadores, a moldagem de um corpo prismático ( 3 ) feito em resina cicloalifática, tendo três cavidades ( 4 ) paralelas com a abertura voltada para a base ( 5 ), dito corpo recebendo previamente as fiações e terminais de ligação dos terminais secundários de cada conjunto de transformadores a respectivos terminais de um circuito de medição, a ser instalado posteriormente; a colocação dos TCs ( 1 ) nas cavidades correspondentes ( 4 ), e sua ligação aos terminais do corpo ( 3 ), a colocação dos TPs ( 2 ) nas mesmas cavidades ( 4 ), também conectados aos respectivos terminais, a passagem dos cabos ( 6 ) que ligam os terminais de cada fase da rede elétrica aos terminais primários dos respectivos TC e TP, inseridos pelas aberturas superiores ( 14 ) do corpo ( 3 ), no extremo superior das cavidades (4), a passagem dos cabos de aterramento ( 8 ) através das mesmas aberturas (14), e sua conexão ao terminal de aterramento, no interior do corpo ( 3 ), o preenchimento do espaço restante no interior das cavidades (4 ) com a mesma resina utilizada na confecção do corpo ( 3 ), a colocação dos isoladores ( 20 ) no topo das projeções superiores ( 7 ) do corpo ( 3 ), a Instalação dos conjuntos de pára-raios ( 18 ) nos braços horizontais ( 21 ) dos isoladores ( 20 ), a colocação das capas protetoras ( 19 ), a fixação da parte inferior ( 22 ) dos pára-raios a suportes (23 ) do corpo ( 3 ), a Instalação da caixa ( 9 ) que irá alojar o circuito de medição, presa por parafusos à base ( 5 ) do corpo ( 3 ), a colocação do circuito eletrónico de medição no interior da caixa ( 9 ), seguindo-se as ligações entre o referido circuito e os transformadores ( TPs e TCs ), e ao terminal externo ( 10 ) para conexão de fibra ótica, a conexão da interface que liga o circuito supramencionado a um aparato de transmissão de dados em tempo real, e por fim a colocação e o fechamento da tampa ( 11 ) da caixa ( 9 ), equipada com uma tranca (12) provida com chave, e a colocação de lacre indicador de violação."PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING DRY REMOTE MEASUREMENT ASSEMBLIES FOR AERIAL AND HIGH VOLTAGE ELECTRIC POWER AIR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS, AND MEASURING ASSEMBLY OBTAINED FROM THIS PROCESS".
