Representada por uma solução inovadora e revolucionária em termos de projeção de imagens, representando grandes vantagens em relação aos aparelhos projetores de imagens conhecidos do estado da técnica, tais como aparelhos de televisão, HDTV, monitor de computador, tela de cinema digital, letreiro digital em lojas, outdoor, HMD, HDHMD ente outros, pois tal inovação viabiliza a miniaturização de todos ao componentes necessários à projeção de imagem, possibilitando assim ganhos explícitos em termos de portabilidade do aparelho, com peso extremamente reduzido, representando ainda uma significativa redução de custo de fabricação e de utilização. O aparelho ora reivindicado é baseado em um aparelho que ao receber um sinal de vídeo (1) demodula-o transformando-o em variações na potência de emissão de feixes de luz laser (RGB - vermelho, verde e azul) por um processo de modulação de intensidade, o qual segue a um aparelho rasterizador xy (5), podendo esta modulação ser feita através de um aparelho modulador direto (4.1) ou posterior (4.2).
