"PROCESSO, COMPOSIçãO QUìMICA LìQUIDA E PRODUTO QUìMICO PARA A RETENçãO E DRENAGEM DO ESTOQUE NA FABRICAçãO DE PAPEL, PAPELãO, CARTOLINA E OUTROS PRODUTOS SIMILARES". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a fabricação de papel, papelão, cartolina e produtos similares (tais como celulose, cimento de fibras, etc.), no qual, em diferentes pontos da extremidade úmida da máquina, uma esmectita líquida, concentrada, intensificada (evitando-se, com a mesma, a necessidade de uma unidade de preparo no local), e um polímero natural ou sintético, são adicionados. Os referidos agentes de retenção e drenagem podem ser adicionados em qualquer ordem, assim, melhorando a retenção, drenagem, formação e secagem, sem afetar a brancura e intensificando os valores físicos do papel, papelão, cartolina e outros produtos similares. The present invention relates to a process for the manufacture of paper, cardboard, cardboard and the like (such as cellulose, fiber cement, etc.) in which, at different points of the wet end of the machine, a liquid smectite, concentrated, intensified (thereby avoiding the need for an on-site preparation unit), and a natural or synthetic polymer are added. Said retention and drainage agents may be added in any order thereby improving retention, drainage, formation and drying without affecting whiteness and enhancing the physical values of paper, cardboard, cardstock and the like. The present invention further provides liquid chemical compositions and chemicals with retention and drainage properties.
