"PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO, TRATAMENTO PERìMETRO-SUPERFICIAL E PóS-TRATAMENTO DE DISCOS DE CORTE E RESPECTIVO PRODUTO APLICADO". Que trata-se de um prático e inovador processo de produção de discos com proteção superficial por aspersão térmica e seu respectivo composto, pertencente ao campo da metalurgia, de uso mais precisamente para o aumento da resistência da região de corte de discos e lâminas, utilizadas para o corte em máquinas agrícolas, processos industriais e de manufatura, e ao qual foi dada original disposição solutiva, visto o processo ou, mais especificamente, o procedimento para a preparação e ulterior tratamento do disco, antes e depois da aplicação da mistura ou "blend", consistir nas seguintes etapas: estampagem ou corte a laser (1) do disco de corte (2); - prensagem do disco de corte (2) em molde-matriz (4); - decapagem em banho ácido (5); - limpeza mecânica por jateamente; - aspersão térmica seguida de fusão por chama entre 1000 e 1200<198>C, utilizando-se uma mistura ou "blend" por meio de uma tocha de aspersão térmica por chama de pós (7) e um maçarico (8); - tratamento térmico, prensagem e afiação do verso (17) do disco de corte (2)."PRODUCTION PROCESS, PERIMETER SURFACE TREATMENT AND POST-TREATMENT OF CUTTING DISCS AND APPLIED PRODUCT".
