Abstract

APERFEIÇOAMENTOS INTRODUZIDOS EM CAIXA EMBALAGEM DE PRODUTOS A GRANEL PROVIDA DE BOCAL COM GAVETA DESLIZANTE E TRAVA LIMITADORA DE ABERTURA, mais precisamente trata-se de caixa embalagem (E) de produtos a granel, por exemplo, em pó, granulados, fragmentados e é do tipo confeccionada em lâmina (L) de papel, papel- cartão, microondulado, placa ou chapa plástica e outros materiais assemelhados passível de, através de vincos tranversais (VT) e cortes (C), adotar formatos tridimensionais adequados; dita caixa embalagem (E) é do tipo provida de bocal vertedor (B) dotado de meio de fechamento articulado (MA); o meio de fechamento articulado (MA) do bocal vertedor (B) da caixa embalagem (E) é configurado por uma gaveta deslizante (1) composta por duas peças incorporadas à confecção da caixa embalagem (E), sendo uma das peças configurada por uma lâmina individual (2), praticada na lapela de colagem (L4) e outra peça, na forma de lingueta articulável (3) dotada de pega (3a), praticada na lapela de acabamento (L5); cada uma das peças (2) e (3) é conformada pelo estampo de confecção da caixa embalagem (E) e são desenvolvidas a partir de vincos de dobra (Vi), vincos rompíveis (V2) (picotes), praticados nas respectivas lapelas (L4) e (L5) da caixa.IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDED IN BULK PACKAGING BOX WITH NOZZLE WITH SLIDING DRAWER AND OPENING LIMITING LOCK, more precisely, it is a packaging box (E) for bulk products, for example, powdered, granulated, fragmented and of the type made of sheet (L) of paper, cardboard, micro-corrugated, plastic plate or plate and other similar materials capable of, through transversal creases (VT) and cuts (C), adopting adequate three-dimensional formats; said packaging box (E) is of the type provided with a pouring nozzle (B) provided with articulated closing means (MA); the articulated closing means (MA) of the pouring nozzle (B) of the packaging box (E) is configured by a sliding drawer (1) composed of two parts incorporated into the making of the packaging box (E), one of the parts being configured by a individual blade (2), applied to the glue lapel (L4) and another piece, in the form of an articulated tongue (3) equipped with a handle (3a), applied to the finishing lapel (L5); each of the pieces (2) and (3) is shaped by the stamping of the packaging box (E) and are developed from fold creases (Vi), breakable creases (V2) (peckers), practiced on the respective lapels ( L4) and (L5) of the box.

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[001] Trata o presente modelo de utilidade de uma disposição construtiva aplicada em caixa embalagem de produtos a granel provida de bocal com gaveta deslizante e trava limitadora de abertura, mais precisamente trata-se de caixa do tipo utilizada para embalar e fornecer produtos na forma a granel, por exemplo, em pó, granulados, fragmentados, entre outras, caixa embalagem esta cujo bocal vertedor contempla uma pequena gaveta deslizante com trava limitadora de abertura do bocal vertedor, gaveta que é confeccionada em conjunto com a embalagem, ou seja, o processo de fabricação utiliza uma só faca de corte para obtenção da embalagem com a gaveta deslizante, a qual, após a etapa de montagem da embalagem permanece integrada no bocal vertedor, proporcionando absoluta selagem do dito bocal e, ao mesmo tempo, facilitando o acesso e manuseio do produto contido na embalagem; a operação de confecção da gaveta no bocal vertedor em uma só operação em conjunto com a embalagem.[001] This utility model deals with a constructive arrangement applied in a bulk product packaging box provided with a mouthpiece with sliding drawer and opening limiting latch, more precisely it is a box of the type used to pack and supply products in the form in bulk, for example, in powder, granules, fragments, among others, this packaging box whose pouring nozzle includes a small sliding drawer with a limiting lock for opening the pouring nozzle, a drawer that is made together with the packaging, that is, the manufacturing process uses a single cutting knife to obtain the packaging with the sliding drawer, which, after the packaging assembly step, remains integrated into the pouring nozzle, providing absolute sealing of said nozzle and, at the same time, facilitating access and handling of the product contained in the package; the operation of making the drawer in the pouring nozzle in a single operation together with the packaging.

FUNDAMENTALS OF THE TECHNIQUE
