Abstract
"RéGUA DE MONITORAMENTO". Patente de Modelo de Utilidade para dispositivo de segurança que visa combater a falsificação de documentos de segurança, dotados de elementos que apresentem variação de posição, por meio do monitoramento das contrafações. Consiste na inserção no documento de segurança (3) de escalas graduadas (7 e 8) com vistas a registrar a posição de determinados elementos (4 e 5), cujas posições variam (9 e 10) nos documentos autênticos, mas permanecem constantes em uma mesma famíla de contrafações, servindo como elementos de vínculo para a identificação dos derrames. O dispositivo ora proposto permite a leitura direta destas posições, livre das variações ou deformações oriundas do processo de impressão as contrafações, ainda que ampliações ou reduções tenham ocorrido durante o processo. O referido dispositivo de segurança pode ser de uso ostensivo ou discreto. Durante a fabricação dos documentos autênticos, a utilização de réguas de monitoramento servirá para o monitoramento da qualidade do processo industrial."MONITORING RULE".
