Abstract
"PROCESSO DE INSTALAçãO DE ANEL DE BRONZE E MANÈMETRO EM ESTAçãO REDUTORA DE PRESSãO". Este processo de instalação do anel de bronze reduz consideravelmente o espaço físico que uma estação redutora de pressão ocupa na edificação, pois dependendo do caso são várias estações umas ao lado das outras. No processo anterior, para a instalação de um manómetro na estação, um pedaço de cano de cobre era retirado e substituído duas junções, mais redução, mais um "T" com uma parte rosqueável, que serve para inserir o manómetro. Foi criado um anel (01), que na verdade é um semicírculo com largura aproximadamente quatro a cinco cms com um orifício com rosca (03) na parte central do mesmo. O processo de instalação do anel (01), é simples e rápido. Na figura 01 vimos que o anel tem uma rosca (03), onde será rosqueado o manómetro (05) é rosqueado. Nos processos anteriores, era cortado o encanamento e inserido um "T" para rosquear o manómetro. O encanamento é furado (03) conforme a mesma bitola da rosca do anel (03). Este (01) que tem a mesma medida do lado externo do encanamento e é colocado sobre o mesmo (02). Na Figura 04 vimos que o anel é soldado (04) ao encanamento de metal, deixando a rosca (03) e os furos prontos para receber o manómetro (05). O manómetro (05) tem rosca externa (06) e é afixado ao anel (01) chegando até ao próprio encanamento (02), ambos com rosca interna. Ele é rosqueado adentrando o encanamento até ter o contato com a água para fazer a sua função - medição da pressão da água. Como ambos contém rosca, o manómetro além de fixar às duas peças, prende-se as duas partes, evitando que o anel (01) desprenda da solda (04) e consequentemente do cano (02)."BRASS AND GAUGE RING INSTALLATION PROCESS IN PRESSURE REDUCING STATION". In the previous process, for the installation of a pressure gauge at the station, a piece of copper pipe was removed and replaced two joints plus reduction, plus a "T" with a threaded portion that serves to insert the pressure gauge. A ring (01) was created, which is actually a semicircle about four to five cm wide with a threaded hole (03) in the central part of it. The ring installation process (01) is simple and fast. In figure 01 we see that the ring has a thread (03), where will be threaded the pressure gauge (05) is threaded. In previous processes, the pipeline was cut and a "T" inserted to thread the pressure gauge. The piping is drilled (03) according to the same gauge as the ring thread (03). This one (01) which has the same measurement on the outside of the pipeline and is placed over it (02). In Figure 04 we see that the ring is welded (04) to the metal plumbing, leaving the thread (03) and the holes ready to receive the pressure gauge (05). The pressure gauge (05) has an external thread (06) and is attached to the ring (01) to the plumbing itself (02), both with an internal thread. It is threaded into the pipeline until it comes in contact with water to do its job - measuring water pressure. As both contain thread, the pressure gauge, in addition to securing the two pieces, clamps both parts, preventing the ring (01) from detaching the weld (04) and consequently the pipe (02).
