[003] Por sua vez o fato de poder ser desmontado permite que seja feita uma adequada manutenção corretiva do móvel ora reivindicado, uma vez que em se tratando de danos físicos do mesmo, por amassamento de uma de suas partes componentes, por exemplo, esta poderá ser substituída facilmente por uma nova parte componente, sem que seja necessário o descarte do móvel integralmente. [011] O produto arquivo ou fichário apresenta conceito construtivo que se vale da utilização de processo de soldagem entre suas partes componentes, fato tal que além de representar um alto custo industrial, impossibilitada qualquer tipo de desmontagem dos mesmos uma vez prontos. Tal condição se mostra crítica quando se observa a necessidade frequente de substituição de peças componentes amassadas, onde na condição construtiva destes produtos não resta a seu proprietário alternativa que não seja o descarte prematuro de todo o arquivo. [012] Já do ponto de vista industrial é possível concluir ainda que os arquivos montados representa grande volume, que por sua vez pedem um galpão de estocagem super dimensionado, inviabilizando áreas, tal como mezaninos.
