Abstract
"clipe sobre barra para prótese removível". o 'clipe sobre barra para prótese removível' consiste numa barra clipe ( 1 ) que é fixada sobre os pinos implantados ( 4 ) através de parafusos ( 6 ) e de um ou mais clipe ( 2 ) fixado diretamente na parte interna da prótese ( 5 ) durante o processo de confecção da mesma. o clipe ( 2 ) apresenta grandes vantagens em relação aos existentes, pois suas bordas são arredondadas ( 7 ) e com maior abertura, o que facilita o encaixe na barra clipe. o existente no mercado não possui as bordas arredondadas e a abertura para encaixe na barra é menor, o que provoca dobra das bordas durante a inserção da prótese, inutilizando a peça e necessitando de substituições freqüentes. o clipe ( 2 ) possui folgas que permitem à prótese mover-se num ângulo de 30<198> (trinta graus) para frente e para trás, o que não ocorre com os existentes que são rígidos, não permitindo estes movimentos. os movimentos ajudam no conforto durante a utilização da prótese, aliviando a pressão constante sobre o rebordo alveolar. no sistema resiliente os componentes permitem maior movimento da prótese, dissipando as tensões para serem absorvidas pelo rebordo alveolar. desta forma as tensões não caem só sobre os componentes e a estrutura parafusada. no sistema rígido os componentes de retenção limitam os movimentos de translação vertical, rotação frontal e sagital."clip on bar for removable prosthesis". the 'clip on bar for removable prosthesis' consists of a clip bar (1) that is fixed over the implanted pins (4) using screws (6) and one or more clip (2) fixed directly to the inner part of the prosthesis (5) ) during the manufacturing process. the clip ( 2 ) has great advantages over the existing ones, as its edges are rounded ( 7 ) and with greater opening, which facilitates the fitting on the clip bar. the one on the market does not have rounded edges and the opening for fitting the bar is smaller, which causes folding of the edges during insertion of the prosthesis, making the piece unusable and requiring frequent replacements. the clip (2) has gaps that allow the prosthesis to move at an angle of 30<198> (thirty degrees) back and forth, which does not occur with the existing ones, which are rigid, not allowing these movements. the movements help comfort during the use of the prosthesis, relieving the constant pressure on the alveolar ridge. in the resilient system, the components allow greater movement of the prosthesis, dissipating the tensions to be absorbed by the alveolar ridge. in this way, the stresses do not only fall on the components and the bolted structure. in the rigid system, the retention components limit the movements of vertical translation, frontal rotation and sagittal movement.
