Abstract
"DISPOSIçãO CONSTRUTIVA INTRODUZIDA EM ELEMENTO INFLáVEL REVESTIDO EM PELúCIA OU SIMILAR". Mais particularmente trata de um elemento (1) lúdico confeccionado em formato de bichos, formas geométricas, personagens e outros elementos quaisquer, sendo referido elemento revestido preferencialmente com pelúcia (2) ou outro material equivalente, o qual é desenvolvido com características notadamente inovadoras que proporcionam maior leveza, economia e rapidez em sua confecção, sendo para tanto, um elemento inflável (1) revestido preferencialmente com pelúcia (2) ou outro material equivalente; o elemento (1) inflável em questão é composto basicamente de um corpo (3) confeccionado em material preferencialmente plástico ou outro material flexível e resistente, sendo as suas partes soldadas adequadamente; o elemento (1) inflável possui formato variável, estrutura laminar, possuindo, em sua superfície externa, uma válvula (4) dotada de um meio de fechamento (5); a superfície externa do corpo (3) do elemento (1) inflável ora pleiteado pelo requerente, é revestida por uma trama de tecido com pelúcia (2) ou outro material macio adequado, o qual é fixado à superfície externa do corpo (3) do referido elemento (1) inflável."CONSTRUCTIVE PROVISION INTRODUCED IN INFLATABLE ELEMENT COATED IN PELUCIA OR SIMILAR". More particularly it deals with a playful element (1) made in the shape of animals, geometric shapes, characters and any other elements, said element being preferably coated with plush (2) or other equivalent material, which is developed with remarkably innovative features which provide greater lightness, economy and speed in its making, being therefore an inflatable element (1) preferably covered with plush (2) or other equivalent material; the inflatable element (1) in question is basically composed of a body (3) made of preferably plastic or other flexible and resistant material, its parts being suitably welded; the inflatable element (1) has a variable shape, laminar structure, having on its outer surface a valve (4) provided with a closing means (5); the outer surface of the body (3) of the inflatable element (1) claimed by the applicant is lined with a plush web (2) or other suitable soft material which is attached to the outer surface of the body (3) of the said inflatable element (1).
