Abstract

<B>"MéTODO PARA REDUZIR PERDAS POR ATRITO EM TúNEIS"<D> Provê-se um método para reduzir perdas por atrito em túneis sem revestimento ou outros túneis com uma superfície de parede áspera e/ou seção transversal irregular. Um tubo flexível ou rígido, com uma seção transversal similar ou um pouco menos que a maior seção transversal aberta circularmente do túnel, é introduzido dentro do túnel e unido, continuamente ou em certas porções, com partes da parede do túnel. Também são introduzidos meios que asseguram que ocorra uma superpressão dentro do tubo com relação ao seu exterior durante o fluxo.
