Abstract

"MATERIAL ELáSTICO LAMINADO E PROCESSO PARA FORMAR UM MATERIAL ELáSTICO POSSUINDO ALTA ELASTICIDADE". Um laminado que possui uma extensibilidade aperfeiçoada é feito de uma camada de folha elástica pré-esticada e ligada a pelo menos uma camada extensível. Em uma primeira modalidade, a camada elástica é ligada em locais selecionados a uma camada extensível e, então, aquecida. A extensibilidade latente da camada elástica pré-esticada e a extensibilidade da camada extensível produzem a extensibilidade desejada que é útil em cintas, acolchoamentos laterais e abas laterais de fraldas e calças plásticas. Fraldas e calças plásticas feitas com tal material podem caber em um grande número de tamanhos de manequim devido a sua extensibilidade aperfeiçoada. Em uma segunda modalidade, a película é pré esticada em direção de cruz e na direção da máquina, e então laminada até uma camada extensível, resultando em uma extensibilidade bidirecional. A camada elástica pode ser furada. Os furos produzem um laminado que é respirável e ao mesmo tempo mantendo a extensibilidade melhorada.
