Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "MéTODO E EQUIPAMENTO PARAMELHORAR O DESEMPENHO DE PESQUISA DE VIZINHOS".Em um sistema para comunicação sem fio móvel é desejávelminimizar o período de tempo durante o qual os circuitos de RFestão energizados (isto é, o período de energia RF). Um novométodo e equipamento para monitoramento de piloto durante omodo de espera (stand by) retarda o processamento dos resultadosde pesquisa de piloto até que o período de energia de RF tenhapassado. Tal estratégia permite que mais pesquisas sejamefetuadas sem estender o período de energia de RF, desse modomelhorando o desempenho de repasse inativo sem reduzir a vidaútil da carga da bateria.
