<B>"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA SELETIVAMENTE APRESENTAR AS OPçõES DE MìDIA PARA OS CLIENTES DO CENTRO DE CHAMADA DE MULTIMìDIA"<D>. Em uma empresa hospedada no centro de telecomunicações de multimídia (17), uma interface de pré-processamento interativa de única mídia (61) face ao cliente possui uma facilidade de resposta (59) adaptada para a saudação e a pré-instrução ao cliente realizando o contato com a interface de pré-processamento (61), uma facilidade de identificação adequada para identificar o cliente através de um ou de ambos os dados acompanhando o contato e a informação atribuídas do cliente, e a facilidade de discriminação (77) adaptada para oferecer ao cliente uma ou mais escolhas de comunicação baseado na identificação do cliente estabelecida pela facilidade de identificação (77).
