Aparelho e processo para prover instruções gerais e informação suplementar através de uma rede que acessa uma base de dados (416) e um servidor de mapa (414). O servidor de mapa (414) provê instruções gerais, mapas, e informação de geocódigo. A base de dados (416) provê informação suplementar tal como um nome de construção, um local para estacionar, um elevador para tomar, uma determinado andar para encontro, e uma pessoa determinada a encontrar. Cada ponto de destino (412) inclui informação suplementar personalizada que provê instrução específica em relação ao ponto de destino (412).
