Abstract
"APLICAçãO DE FITASE EM RAçãO COM BAIXO TEOR DE FITATO" A presente invenção se refere à aplicação da enzima fitase em uma ração com um baixo teor de fitato. A invenção apresenta processos de alimentação com uma ração de baixo fitato suplementada com uma fitase. A alimentação de um animal com uma dieta de baixo fitato compreendendo uma fitase melhora o status mineral do animal e resulta em melhores resultados zootécnicos, como melhores taxa de crescimento e razão de conversão de ração.
