"COMPOSIçãO DETERGENTE". Apresentam-se aqui as enzimas de oxidação de fenol obteníveis de espécies de Stachybotrys, que são úteis na modificação da cor associada com corantes e compostos coloridos, bem, como em aplicações anti-transferência de corantes. Apresentam-se aqui, também, culturas biologicamente puras de cepas do gênero Stachybotrys, aqui designadas Stachybotrys parvispora MUCL 38996 e Stachybotrys chartarum MUCL 38898, que são capazes de produzir naturalmente as novas enzimas de oxidação de fenol. Apresenta-se aqui a sequência de aminoácidos e de ácido nucléicos para as enzimas de oxidação de fenol Stachybotrys, bem como os vetores de expressão e as células hospedeiras compreendendo o ácido nucléico. São apresentados aqui os processos para produzir a enzima de oxidação de fenol, bem como os processos para construir hospedeiros de expressão. São apresentadas aqui composições detergentes que compreendem enzimas de oxidação de fenol obteníveis de espécies de Stachybotrys."DETERGENT COMPOSITION". Also present here are biologically pure cultures of strains of the genus Stachybotrys, here designated Stachybotrys parvispora MUCL 38996 and Stachybotrys chartarum MUCL 38898, which are capable of naturally producing the new phenol oxidation enzymes. The amino acid and nucleic acid sequence for the Stachybotrys phenol oxidation enzymes are shown here, as well as the expression vectors and host cells comprising the nucleic acid. Here are presented the processes for producing the phenol oxidation enzyme, as well as the processes for building expression hosts. Detergent compositions comprising phenol oxidizing enzymes obtainable from species of Stachybotrys are presented here.
