Abstract

"FLOCO DISPERSìVEL EM áGUA E PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR O MESMO". Um floco dispersível em água compreende uma pluralidade de microcápsulas ou micropartículas contendo um ou mais ingredientes encapsulados, por exemplo um pesticida como um herbicida ou um inseticida, em que as microcápsulas ou micropartículas são mantidas juntas em forma de flocos por material espaçador como um pesticida não encapsulado e/ou um ou mais tensoativos. O floco pode ser preparado por (a) misturação de uma suspensão aquosa de microcápsulas ou micropartículas com material espaçador e/ou um tensoativo para formar uma dispersão, (b) secar a dispersão por secagem de camada fina sobre uma superfície aquecida e (e) remover o produto seco da etapa (b) da superfície aquecida para formar flocos.
