Abstract

"NúCLEO DE LIGA METáLICA AMóRFICA MAGNéTICA COM INDUçãO OPERACIONAL INTENSIFICADA E PROCESSO DE SUA FABRICAçãO". Um núcleo de liga metálica amórfica magnética grande é recozido para minimizar a sua potência de excitação ao invés da sua perda de núcleo. O núcleo apresenta uma potência de excitação menor do que 1 VA/kg quando medida a 60 Hz e uma indução operacional de 1,40 a 1,45 Tesla, a medição sendo realizada a temperatura ambiente. Tais núcleos podem ser acionados a uma indução operacional mais elevada do que aquelas de recozimento para se minimizar a perda de núcleo. O tamanho físico dos componentes magnéticos do transformador, incluindo o núcleo, é significativamente reduzido.
