Abstract
"PROCESSO DE OBTENçãO DE PLACA DECORATIVA E O PRODUTO RESULTANTE", constituído de um sistema que utiliza-se de duas placas de vidro, inicialmente planas e paralelas (1), entre as quais é posicionado um elemento decorativo de material metálico laminado (2), de motivo ou alusão qualquer, e que é levemente prensado entre as duas chapas de vidro (1); esse conjunto de placas de vidro (1) intercaladas pelo elemento decorativo (2) é posicionado ou posto encima de um molde da peça a ser confeccionada, um cinzeiro, por exemplo; agregado ao molde, o conjunto é levado a um forno de alta temperatura, para fundição de vidro preferencialmente acima de 800°C; decorrido o tempo necessário para fundição do vidro e sua adequação ao molde, o conjunto é retirado do forno, sendo resfriado lentamente, originando a placa decorativa (3); o resultado obtido através desse processo simples é a obtenção de uma placa decorativa (3) que além de possuir o formato do molde sobre a qual se amoldou, ainda mantém aprisionado em seu interior o elemento decorativo metálico (2), mantendo as suas características de cor e brilho eternamente."PROCESS OF OBTAINING DECORATIVE PLATE AND THE RESULTING PRODUCT", consisting of a system that uses two glass plates, initially flat and parallel (1), between which a decorative element of laminated metallic material is positioned (2) , of any reason or allusion, and which is lightly pressed between the two glass sheets (1); this set of glass plates (1) interspersed by the decorative element (2) is positioned or placed on top of a mold of the piece to be made, an ashtray, for example; added to the mold, the set is taken to a high temperature oven, for glass casting, preferably above 800 ° C; after the time required to melt the glass and adapt it to the mold, the set is removed from the oven, being cooled slowly, giving rise to the decorative plate (3); the result obtained through this simple process is to obtain a decorative plate (3) that besides having the shape of the mold on which it was molded, it still keeps the metallic decorative element trapped inside, maintaining its characteristics of color and shine forever.
