Abstract

<B>"APERFEIçOAMENTO EM DISPOSITIVO DISTRIBUIDOR DE SEMENTES PARA PLANTADORAS MANUAIS"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se ao aperfeiçoamento desenvolvido em distribuidor de sementes para plantadoras manuais, que emprega um inovador disco giratório. O dispositivo distribuidor de sementes aperfeiçoado compreende uma estrutura composta por uma base (1) e uma tampa-guia (2), solidárias, entre as quais está montado um disco giratório (3). Uma capa (4) envolvendo o disco (3) pode ser empregada para a seleção da quantidade de sementes a serem plantadas. O conjunto do disco e da capa (3 e 4) é mancalizado na base (1) e na tampa-guia (2), através de um eixo (5), de modo a permitir a sua livre movimentação angular, quando acionados pela biela (6). A extremidade oposta da biela (6) é pivotada na outra haste vertical (perna) da plantadora, de modo que a cada movimento alternado da plantadora a biela (6) desloca-se axialmente provocando o giro do disco com a capa (3 e 4). A base (1) possui um conduto inferior (11) para a saída das sementes selecionadas pelas cavidades (31) do disco (3). A capa (4) possui uma janela oblonga e arqueada (41), que ao ser rotacionada sobre o disco (3), libera a quantidade de cavidades (31) determinada, de acordo com a quantidade de sementes a ser lançada a cada movimento da plantadora manual. A tampa-guia (2) apresenta um rasgo central e arqueado (21), cujas paredes são em forma de rampa (22) definindo bordas superiores elevadas (23) que se encaixam nas paredes verticais do reservatório de sementes (R). As rampas (22) conduzem as sementes para a superfície da capa (4), que através do rasgo (41) libera a entrada de sementes para as cavidades (31) expostas do disco (3). Um dispositivo retrátil (7), com a finalidade impedir a entrada em sobreposição de sementes e também para liberar a entrada de sementes maiores, está posicionado na tampa-guia (2), compreendendo um raspador (71) que é pivotante no compartimento (72), através de um eixo (73) e uma mola (74), que mantém o raspador em permanente contato com a capa (4).
