Patente de Invenção: <B>''RECUPERAçãO DE PARADA DE QUEDA DE ATRITO E PROCEDIMENTO DE INTERRUPçãO DO MATERIAL REVELADOR''<D>. Trata-se de um método para prover um sistema de diagnóstico automatizado altamente inteligente que identifica a necessidade de substituir partes específicas para minimizar o tempo parado da máquina em vez de exigir diagnóstico de serviço extensivo. Em particular, um esquema de análise de teste lógico sistemático para verificar a operação da máquina de um simples sistema de sensor e ser capaz de definir com pressão partes e componentes que precisam substituição é provido por uma série de testes de primeiro nível pelo controle para monitorar componentes para receber um primeiro nível de dados e por série de testes de segundo nível pelo controle para monitorar componentes para receber um segundo nível de dados. Cada um dos testes de primeiro nível e dados de primeiro nível é capaz de identificar um primeiro nível de falha de peça independente de qualquer outro teste.
