A terceira porção de articulação inclu uma primeira extremidade e uma segunda extremidade. Um primeiro eixo é acoplado à primeira extremidade da terceira porção de articulação. Um segundo eixo é acoplado e travado à segunda extremidade da terceira porção de articulação. Um dispositivo compreensível, resiliente, vem de encontro com o segundo eixo. A segunda porção de articulação é acoplada à terceira porção de articulação por meio do primeiro eixo e do segundo eixo.
