<B> ARRANJO DE SISTEMA DE TELECOMUNICAçõES SEM FIO SUPORTANDO VARIEDADE DE RECEPçõES <D>. é revelada uma técnica para obter diversidade de recepção sem múltiplas antenas por célula. Uma modalidade ilustrativa da presente invenção compreende: uma primeira antena para receber um primeiro sinal contendo informações em uma primeira freq³ência de rádio; um primeiro conversor descendente para converter descendentemente o primeiro sinal contendo informações em uma primeira freq³ência intermediária; um primeiro transmissor para transmitir o primeiro sinal contendo informações na primeira freq³ência intermediária sobre uma primeira linha de telefone; meio para receber o primeiro sinal contendo informações na primeira freq³ência intermediária da primeira linha de telefone e para desmodular o primeiro sinal contendo informações.
