Um sistema de impressão eletrofotográfica colorida de Recarregar "Expor" e Desenvolver Imagem sobre Imagem, no qual o fotorreceptor é recarregado entre o desenvolvimento de uma cor de imagem de toner a exposição subseq³nete para uma imagem latente de segunda cor, primeiro sendo aspergindo com íons de sinal oposto, para reduzir o potencial do fotorreceptor e, então, sendo carregado com íons de sinal correto para recarregar o fotorreceptor até um potencial desejado.
