"MéTODO PARA CONTROLE DE CARGA DE TRáFEGO EM UMA REDE DE TELECOMUNICAçãO, DISPOSITIVO RADIOTRANSCEPTOR DE UMA REDE DE TELECOMUNICAçãO, E, ELEMENTO DE CONTROLE DE REDE DE TELECOMUNICAçãO" A presente invenção propõe um método para controle de carga de tráfego em uma rede de telecomunicação que consiste de pelo menos um terminal de rádio (MS) e pelo menos um dispositivo radiotransceptor (BS), cada dispositivo radiotransceptor (BS) definindo uma célula de dita rede sendo controlada por um dispositivo de controle de rede (RNC); incluindo as etapas de: ajustar um primeiro valor de carga de referência para a carga de uma célula respectiva; monitorar a carga de dita célula respectiva, e em resposta à carga excedendo o primeiro valor de carga de referência, manipular o controle de potência para diminuir os níveis de potência de transmissão na célula. A presente invenção assim propõe um método de controle de carga rápido visto que durante uma situação na qual um certo valor de carga de referência é excedido, a carga é controlada por setor de estação base efetuando, por exemplo, comandos de potência de transmissão. Além disso, tais reduções de carga podem ser suplementadas renegociando taxas de bit, por exemplo. The present invention thus proposes a method of rapid load control since during a situation in which a certain reference load value is exceeded, the load is controlled by base station sector by, for example, transmitting power commands. In addition, such load reductions can be supplemented by renegotiating bit rates, for example. With the proposed method, a required load margin can be reduced which advantageously increases the system capacity.
