O sistema de isolamento compreende, exteriormente ao isolamento, uma camada externa a qual possui uma condutividade elétrica a qual é mais alta do que a do isolamento para fazer a camada externa ser capaz, por conexão à terra ou de outro modo a um relativamente baixo potencial, de operação para equalizar potencial, e de substancialmente englobar o campo elétrico, aparecendo como uma conseq³ência do referido condutor elétrico, interiormente à camada externa. This conductor design guarantees the direct connection of the winding of the electrical machine of rotation to a network of voltage power.
