Abstract

<B>"SISTEMA, REDE E MéTODO DE MEDIçãO EM LINHA"<D> A invenção refere-se a um sistema para medição em linha de um parâmetro em um curso de processamento. O sistema compreende um elemento de exploração montado adjacente a um curso contínuo de material processado, o elemento de exploração compreendendo uma fonte de luz remota e aparelho de transmissão e coleta de luz refletida, um espectrofotómetro próximo que inclui um monocromador para decompor a luz refletida em luz de um comprimento de onda discreto; um banco de dados contendo uma equação de calibragem de referência ligando características de absorção por comprimento de onda e presença quantificada do parâmetro de interesse; e um computador para medir o parâmetro através da aplicação da equação de calibragem ao espectro obtido para uma amostra e para controlar o referido sistema. A invenção também compreende um método de medição em linha de um parâmetro em um curso de processamento por espectroscopia NIR e redes compreendendo sistemas de acordo com a invenção. O sistema e o método da invenção são particularmente apropriados para medir um parâmetro de interesse em cana-de-açúcar processada.
