Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"DISPERSõES AQUOSAS DE POLIURETANO E REVESTIMENTOS PREPARADOS DAS MESMAS"<D>. A presente invenção é direcionada a composições aquosa de poliuretano de dois e três componentes que são curadas em temperatura ambiente e têm excelente resitência química sem redução na resistência de abrasão e flexibilidade. O sistema de dois componentes compreende um primeiro componente de uma dispersão aquosa de poliuretano funcional de hidróxi e resina de fenóxi misturados juntamente, e um segundo componente de poliisocianato. O sistema de três componentes compreende um primeiro componente de uma dispersão aquosa de poliuretano funcional de hidróxi, um segundo componente de resina de epóxil; e um terceiro componente de poliisocianato. Geralmente, a massa das resinas de epóxi ou fenóxi é de 1 a 50% da massa dos sólidos de poliuretano na dispersão e a massa do poliisocianato é de 50 a 200% da massa dos sólidos de poliuretano na dispersão. A composição de poliuretano de dois ou três componentes tem uma fração de massa de sólidos de preferivelmente 10 a 50%.
