Hydraulic jacks (26) are connected to the arms (24) to position and maintain the hub (16) in a vertical orientation. Another modality, shown in Figure 3, has an external rotating sleeve (21A), which is mounted on the mud panel (14A) and receiving the flow line (10A) for relative rotation. An annular fluid chamber or toroid (25A) provides fluid communication between the flow line (10) and the hub (16A) connected to the external rotating sleeve (21A). Another modality, shown in Figure 4, combines the aspects and characteristics illustrated in Figures 2 and 3.
