Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR UMA MISTURA DE POLIETILENO IN SITU" Trata-se de um processo para compreende a contatação de etileno e um ou dois comonómeros alfa-olefinas, cada um possuíndo de 3 a 8 átomos de carbono, com um sistema catalisador de metal de transição que inclui um cocatalisador hidrocarbil alumínio em cada um dos dois reatores de leito fluidizado conectados em série, na fase gasosa, sob condições de polimerização. O copolímero formado no primeiro reator possui um índice de fluxo na faixa de cerca de 0,1 até cerca de 75 gramas por 10 minutos e uma densidade na faixa de 0,865 a 0,930 gramas por centímetro cúbico e o copolímero formado no segundo reator possui um índice de fusão na faixa de 0,2 até cerca de 100 gramas por 10 minutos e uma densidade na faixa de 0,900 até cerca de 0,965 gramas por centímetro cúbico, a relação em peso do copolímero do primeiro reator para o copolímero do segundo reator estando na faixa de cerca de 70:30 até cerca de 30:70, e a mistura in situ possui um índice de fluxo na faixa de cerca de 5 até cerca de 100 gramas por 10 minutos; uma relação do fluxo de fusão na faixa de cerca de 10 até cerca de 100; uma densidade na faixa de 0,880 a 0,960 por centímetro cúbico; e uma relação Mw/Mn na faixa de cerca de 2 até cerca de 20."PROCESS TO PREPARE A MIXTURE OF POLYETHYLENE IN SITU" This is a process to comprise contacting ethylene and one or two alpha-olefin comonomers, each having 3 to 8 carbon atoms, with a metal catalyst system of transition that includes an aluminum hydrocarbon cocatalyst in each of the two fluidized bed reactors connected in series, in the gas phase, under polymerization conditions. The copolymer formed in the first reactor has a flow index in the range of about 0.1 to about 75 grams for 10 minutes and a density in the range of 0.865 to 0.930 grams per cubic centimeter and the copolymer formed in the second reactor has an index melting in the range of 0.2 to about 100 grams for 10 minutes and a density in the range of 0.900 to about 0.965 grams per cubic centimeter, the weight ratio of the first reactor copolymer to the second reactor copolymer being in the range from about 70:30 to about 30:70, and the in situ mixture has a flow index in the range of about 5 to about 100 grams for 10 minutes; a melt flow ratio in the range of about 10 to about 100; a density in the range of 0.880 to 0.960 per cubic centimeter; and an Mw / Mn ratio in the range of about 2 to about 20.
