Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE TABLETES DE COMPOSIçãO DETERGENTE, E, TABLETE". Tabletes de composição detergente são compactados usando partes de moldagem relativamente móveis, pelo menos uma das quais contém uma camada elastomérica para contactar a composição. Isto melhora a permeabilidade na superfície do tablete e como conseq³ência a velocidade de captação de água e a velocidade de dissolução/desintegração no momento de uso. Compactação é realizada com suficiente pressão para formar tabletes de 20 a 35% em volume de ar. Tabletes da invenção captam água rapidamente durante imersão, de tal modo que pelo menos 65% do espaço aéreo dentro do tablete é preenchido com água em 30 segundos.
