<B>"BANHO LìQUIDO PARA PANIFICAçãO EMPACOTADO DE FORMA ANAERóBICA, PRONTO PARA USO"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a um banho líquido, para panificação, estável em prateleira, pronto para uso para revestir produtos de panificação, tais como, rocamboles, pães, e cascas de tortas. O banho pode ser aplicado tanto antes quanto após cozimento para prover um brilho ao produto de panificação. A composição é embalada em um ambiente anaróbico, tal como uma aspersão aerossol. O produto provê um modo conveniente de dispensar o produto em uso, enquanto mantendo a estabilidade anti-microbiana do produto por sua vida útil. Este resultado é encontrado por uso de uma composição preservante que contém uma mistura de metilparaben e propilparaben, onde a razão em peso dos materiais é de pelo menos 1,25:1. The product provides a convenient way to dispense the product in use, while maintaining the product's anti-microbial stability for its useful life. This result is found by using a preservative composition that contains a mixture of methylparaben and propylparaben, where the weight ratio of the materials is at least 1.25: 1. The composition comprises at least one egg white-free protein, such as caseinate, at least one anti-precipitation agent, at least one viscosity control stabilizer, the preservative composition described above and water.
