<B>NOVO USO DA SUBSTANCIA MINOXIDIL TóPICO, COMO NOVA INDICAçãO TERAPêUTICA LOCAL, COMO FACILITADORA DA EREçãO PENIANA NO HOMEM E DA ATIVAçãO SEXUAL CLITORIANA NA MULHER<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a mais uma opção terapêutica local, para ereção sexual dos corpos cavernosos penianos, bem como clitorianos. O Minoxidil a 2% pode ser na apresentação de creme, pomada, spray ou líquido. Pode ser aplicado uma a duas horas antes do relacionamento sexual, diariamente ou 2 a 3 vezes por semana. Pode ser aplicado como o penis em estado erertivo ou flácido, de qualquer forma melhorando a ereção. Ao ao ser aplicado na glânde e/ou no corpo do penis, e clitoriano, elicia o relaxamento da musculatura lisa do sinusóide e das artérias helicinais, provocando a ereção. Pode ser aplicado com o pênis flácido ou ereto, e com a manipulação, o mesmo poderá entrar em ereção. Na mulher a vasodilatação clitoriana e na área do meato vaginal, tambem elicia maior afluência sanguinea, ajudando a prática sexual, com melhor resultado orgástico, bem como da relação sexual como um todo. The present invention relates to yet another local therapeutic option, for sexual erection of penile as well as clitoral cavernous bodies. Minoxidil 2% can be presented in cream, ointment, spray or liquid. It can be applied one to two hours before sexual intercourse, daily or 2 to 3 times a week. It can be applied as the penis in an erect or flaccid state, in any way improving erection. When applied to the gland and / or the body of the penis, and clitoral, it elicits relaxation of the smooth muscles of the sinusoid and helicinal arteries, causing an erection. It can be applied with a flaccid or erect penis, and with manipulation, it may erect. In women, clitoral vasodilation and in the area of the vaginal meatus, also elicits greater blood flow, helping sexual practice, with better orgasmic results, as well as sexual intercourse as a whole.
