<B>CONTROLADOR DE FLUXO E CONTADOR DE PASSAGEIROS<D>.Refere-se a presente invenção a um aparelho eletrónico, destinado a ser utilizado no setor de controle e medição do fluxo de passageiros em veículos coletivos, sendo constituído por duas estruturas instaladas adjacentes às portas de acesso do veículo, uma dotada de uma pluralidaade de emissores de luz infravermelha (1), dispostos aos pares em diferentes níveis de altura, estando direcionados a uma pluralidade de sensores foto sensíveis (2), dispostos em posições coincidentes na estrutura confrontante, formando uma barreira luminosa que permite a contagem do número de passageiros pela interrupção dos feixes de luz, verificando ainda o sentido dos mesmos (entrada ou saída) e classificando-os por altura (adulto ou criança), sendo, ainda, provida de meios para impedir tentativas de inibição da contagem, utilizando-se, para tanto, de um sinal sonoro e luminoso (4), do envio de sinais redundantes ao microprocessador (3), do fechamento frontal das estruturas, ocultando a posição dos emissores (1) e sensores (2) e, ainda, de sensores reflexivos (6), que usam a reflexão da luz infravermelha, ocasionada pela travessia do passageiro, para realizar a contagem, viabilizando-a mesmo com uma das estruturas totalmente coberta.
