Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"SISTEMA DE ARQUIVAMENTO E RECUPERAçãO DE DOCUMENTOS"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de arquivamento de documentos e particularmente a um sistema de arquivamento gerenciado por computador. O objetivo da presente invenção é prover um sistema que possibilite o arquivamento de documentos (20) em locais separados de uma empresa, possibilitando o acesso remoto aos seus dados e de cópia integral digitalizada dos documentos (20) de maior requisição, sendo o sistema controlado por computador. Tal objetivo é alcançado através de um sistema que compreende uma central de triagem/classificação (10) dos documentos (20), pelo menos um banco de dados eletrónico (1) alimentável com dados dos documentos (20) pela central de triagem/classificação (10), pelo menos um local de armazenagem física (2) dos documentos (20), os dados dos documentos sendo recuperáveis por acesso remoto.
